This home was a very traditional home that wasn’t a style that my clients liked and they asked us to modernize the space. To accomplish this we removed the entire kitchen, fireplace, built-in shelves and staircase banisters. The traditional kitchen cabinets were replaced with gray and white high-gloss cabinets with quartz Cambria countertops. We removed the old kitchen island and replaced it with a custom-made bar made from reclaimed barn wood. The old fireplace was replaced with a modern asymmetrical fireplace using white stacked stones.
